MBHS addresses substance abuse, violence (domestic, sexual, gang, and dating), counseling and various educational services. These components were developed based upon an analysis of factors that, when not addressed, interfere with individual, youth, and family development resulting in family and community deterioration.

MBHS provides substance abuse and DUI services as well as services to individuals on probation or parole, DCFS cases, court mandated individuals, community residents, adults and juvenile ex-offenders with a variety of charges and sex offenders that are on parole as a primary or secondary factor.
